  • Minimum stay 3 nights.
  • Summer Season (May 30th – October 17th) 100% Payment at time of booking. Cancellations before 45 days of arrival receive 50% refund. No refund for cancellations within 45 days of arrival.
  • High Season (January 11th – May 29th and October 17th – December 19th) 100% Payment at time of booking. Cancellations before 60 days of arrival receive 50% refund. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival.
  • Holiday Season (December 20th – January 10th) 100% Payment at time of booking. Cancellations, No Shows and Early Departures, 100% payment charge.
  • No Shows & Early departures apply 100% charge.
  • Check-in is after 3 pm. Check-out is before 12 pm.
